Analytics
The Analytics dashboard aggregates engagement data across all platforms into a single view. Open it from Analytics in the top navigation. No more logging into ten different dashboards — reach, upvotes, comments, clicks, and impressions are all here.

Dashboard widgets
KPI cards
Four headline metrics: Promotions Run, Targets Posted, Posting Success Rate, and Total Reach (sum of impressions). Each card shows the trend vs the previous period.
Top Connectors chart
A bar chart comparing total engagement by platform. Useful for identifying which platforms give the best return for your content type.
Top Channels table
Ranked list of individual channels (subreddits, Discord channels, Telegram groups, etc.) by engagement. Sortable. Download as CSV.
Top Posts table
Your highest-performing individual posts ranked by total engagement. Click a posted URL to open the original post on the platform.
Activity Heatmap
A day-of-week × hour-of-day grid coloured by posting volume. Reveals when you post most frequently — use it to align with when your audience is most active.
Connection Health Summary
At-a-glance status of all your connections: Active, Needs reconnect, or Revoked. Click Reconnect to fix a broken connection without leaving Analytics.

Exporting data
The Top Channels and Top Posts tables each have a Download CSV button. The export covers all rows matching the current date range filter (not just the visible page).
When does data update?
The Analytics Worker polls each platform for engagement data every 6 hours for the first 30 days after a post. Data is not real-time. If you just published a promotion, come back in a few hours to see initial numbers.
Platforms that do not expose public engagement metrics show a dash (—) in the relevant columns:
- Telegram — the Bot API does not expose view or reaction counts.
- Discord — webhooks have no read access; no engagement data available.
