Connections
A connection is an authenticated link between your workspace and one account on a platform. You can have multiple connections per platform — for example, three different Reddit accounts or two Telegram bots. Each connection is kept encrypted and can only post on behalf of that account.

Connection status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ✅ Active | The connection is working. Promotions will be posted normally. |
| ⚠ Needs reconnect | The credentials have expired (common with OAuth tokens). Click the three-dot menu → Reconnect to go through the auth flow again. |
| ❌ Revoked | The platform has revoked access (e.g., you removed the app from your Reddit account). Re-add the connection from scratch. |

Refreshing a connection
On any connection card, open the three-dot menu (⋯) and click Refresh connection. AI Boost Post makes a lightweight call to the platform to verify the credentials are still valid and re-pulls display fields (member counts, account name, etc.). The card updates within a few seconds with the result. Use this whenever a card shows an error or when you want to force a fresh check.
