Workspaces & Members

A workspace is the top-level container in AI Boost Post. Every connection, channel, promotion, API key, and AI balance belongs to exactly one workspace. Data never leaks between workspaces — even if you belong to multiple.

Creating a workspace

1

Open the workspace switcher

Click your workspace name in the top-left of the navigation bar. A dropdown opens showing all workspaces you belong to.
2

Click "Create new workspace"

Give the workspace a name (2–64 characters). A URL slug is generated automatically. Click Create.
3

Start setting up

You land inside the new workspace as its Owner. Add connections, invite team members, and configure settings before your first promotion.

Switching workspaces

Click your workspace name in the top-left navigation at any time. All open workspaces are listed. Click one to switch — the page reloads with that workspace's data.

Roles and permissions

Every workspace member has one of four roles. Permissions are enforced in both the UI and the API.

RoleWhat they can do
OwnerEverything — including billing, workspace deletion, ownership transfer, and API key management.
AdminAll actions except billing, workspace deletion, and ownership transfer. Can manage API keys and connections.
MemberCreate and edit promotions, manage their own connections, save and apply audience templates.
ViewerRead-only access to promotion history and analytics. Cannot create promotions or manage connections.

Inviting team members

1

Open Settings → Members

Navigate to SettingsMembers. You need Admin or Owner role.
2

Click Invite member

Enter the person's email address and select their role, then click Send invite. They receive an email with a sign-up link (or are added immediately if they already have an account).
3

Manage existing members

Use the three-dot menu next to any member row to change their role or remove them from the workspace.

Workspace settings

In SettingsGeneral you can update the workspace name, description, and timezone. The timezone is used when displaying scheduled fire times and the activity heatmap in Analytics.

Only the Owner can delete a workspace. Deleting a workspace is irreversible — all promotions, connections, and analytics data are permanently removed.
